Mr. Robert Ord is the founder and President of Falken USVI. He is widely considered a Security expert regarding U.S. National Security and is often called upon to be an expert witness in criminal trials for domestic or international terrorism. He is also a recognized expert in Law Enforcement Defensive Tactics. He holds a 7th Degree Black Belt (Shihan) -Karate, Jujitsu, and Weaponry and was inducted into the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2000. Prior to establishing Falken in 2003, Mr. Ord was the Deputy Director for the United States Police Defensive Tactics Association, and a Deputy Sheriff with both the Collier County Sheriffs Office in Naples Florida and the Culpeper County Sheriffs Office in Culpeper, Virginia. His experience in Law Enforcement spans over 20 years with significant practice in curriculum development, tactical team deployment and counter intelligence. Mr. Ord directly contributed to several well known publications on Police tactics and terrorist activities. Recently The Washington Post was awarded a Pulitzer prize for a publication on Police training that he was a direct contributor. Mr. Ord sat on the Board of Directors for the FBI’s Infra Gard program and has been featured on CNN, The Washington Post, and CNBC. He has presented numerous specialized training programs to the U.S. Government, Law Enforcement Agencies and contractors. Mr. Ord is attended The University of South Carolina with course work in Psychology. He has also completed his Masters in Business Administration from Templeton University and is a certified Criminal Investigator. Mr. Ords company has been recognized as the number 1 small business employer by the Washington Post in 2016.

Board of Advisors

Enrique “Ric” Prado is the Intelligence Programs Advisor for Falken USVI. Ric is a twenty five year veteran of the Central Intelligence Agency where he served in six overseas posts, including as Chief of Station in a Muslim country. Domestically, he served as Chief of Operations for the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) Counterterrorist Center under Ambassador Cofer Black during the 11 September, 2001 attacks and the subsequent war on terrorism. He also served as the Deputy Chief on the original bin Laden Task Force. Highly decorated, he received the CIA’s Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, the highest award given to Senior Officers, as well as CTC’s George Bush H.W. Bush Award for Excellence in Counterterrorism, among others. He is a native Spanish speaker and a graduate of George Mason University. As C/OPS at CTC, then a Senior Intelligence Service (SIS) officer, Mr. Prado oversaw CIA’s counterterrorist efforts post 9/11 and coordinated SPECOPS activities with the National Security Council (NSC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as elite U.S. Military representatives from DELTA, and SEAL-Team Six then detailed to the CIA. Mr. Prado was also Deputy Chief East Asia Division, running CIA’s Korean Operations and previously, as Chief of CIA Liaison in Seoul, Korea.

Stephen Bailey ls the Government Training Director for Falken USVI. Mr. Bailey served a full 25-year career solely as a U.S. Navy Seal. Since his retirement from the US Navy as a Force Master Chief, he continued service to his country as an Independent Contractor conducting operations and teaching Weapons and Tactics for USG and DOD. Mr. Bailey uses his skills in the private sector as a Security Consultant both domestically and internationally. His combined career of over 43 years has taken him to six of seven continents and provided him with a wide array of hostilities in which to hone his skills, from close quarters combat to the battlefield itself, in all conditions day and at night. He conducts his work from the vantage point of a certified trainer of U.S. Navy Seals, USG and DOD personnel and as a man who still serves on an as needed, when needed, basis. Mr. Bailey is well known for curriculum development and training of specialized needs in hostile environments.

Colonel George S. “Slam” Amland (USMC, Ret.) is the Military Program Advisor for Falken USVI. Colonel Amland recently retired from the United States Marine Corps (USMC) after a distinguished thirty year career. George is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He is a 1997 Distinguished Graduate of the Marine Corps University with a Masters degree in Military Studies. He is also a 2003 graduate of the US Army War College with a Masters degree in Strategic Studies. His personal decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal-Navy, the Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal (2d award), the Air Medal with five strike/individual action awards, and various other campaign and unit awards.
